1. Former Employee, more than than 1 yr

   Pros

   The training left me feeling extremely well prepared for leading the classes. Everyone I worked with was actually friendly, supportive, and helpful. Teaching is also just a really fun job - you get to accept fun interactions with students and think about cool stuff.

   Cons

   Logging hours was sort of a pain, and information technology didn't pay a ton. But I experience like those things are more about jobs in full general than this job in item. Likewise, to get this task y'all have to score really highly on the Sat (or any test you lot volition be education for) so it might not be bachelor to everyone.

2. Electric current Employee, more than than 1 year

   Pros

   This was a great opportunity for function-fourth dimension piece of work. I was considering going back for a Primary's in Education, wanted to try and run into if educational activity was a proficient fit for me. While I really enjoyed my piece of work there, information technology helped exist figure out that in the long run teaching wasn't for me.

   Cons

   The amount of pay is not commensurate with the level of responsibility and the amount of travel required. I was driving 45 minutes-1 hour and 15 minutes to reach my classroom. They have systems gear up up to reimburse you for some mileage, but the amount of driving will put plenty miles on your machine to make it non worth it. The work schedule can be inconsistent. Later receiving certification, it took me about 2 months before I finally got some work. Afterward that, it was easier. There are iii separate systems you have to enter information into afterward your class. It's a pain. Perchance that has inverse recently, but probably non.
